Dr. Kicia Daniel has wholeheartedly served as a public servant for over 30 years as an advocate, missionary and educator.  She has proudly served as a successful school principal for Broward County Public Schools. Dr. Daniel has been an educator for over 2 decades in the role of teacher, tutor, coach, and administrator. Her passion and drive is to serve others (especially children), making it possible for all to meet their personal, social, and career goals. She prides herself in giving students the opportunity to reach their full potential daily by providing them with a first class education program that meets their needs and thrusts them into greatness. The vision of Immaculate Results is to build Christian schools by partnering with churches and Christian individuals to give students the opportunity to learn in a Christian environment that reflects our values and beliefs.  She aspires to create establishments that are rich in traditions and significant net worth, establishments that prepares our children for a great future.

Dr. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Florida A&M University, a Masters and Doctor of Education in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. She has been honored with recognition for her leadership skills from multiple organizations.   Dr. Kicia Daniel as been recruited and honored by the State of Florida as a Turn Around Principal. She has transformed schools from performing at the lowest 300 in the State of Florida to performing above average within a year.  She has been awarded the Exceeding Expectation Award for her Leadership in 2019 and 2021.
